Wellness in the University Classroom: Why It Matters and How to Incorporate It

In today’s fast-paced academic world, students often find themselves overwhelmed with coursework, deadlines, and the pressures of university life. As educators, it’s essential to recognize the importance of student wellness and take steps to incorporate it into the university classroom.   3. Focus on the Breath: During this exercise, encourage students to focus all their attention on their breath. If their minds wander, gently remind them to return their focus to the sensation of breathing in and out.
